
CANCELLATION POLICY
For Public City Tours:
We accept payments by PayPal, cash, and money order. Your tour can be cancelled for a full refund up to two hours before your service.
For Public Day Tours:
We accept payments by PayPal, cash, and money order and require the tour to be paid in full up front.
If you cancel your tour:

More than 48 hours prior to your tour departure, a full refund will be applied minus a $25 non-refundable administrative fee per passenger.

Within 48 hours prior to your tour departure date, 50% of your tour value will be refunded.

Within 24 hours prior to your tour departure date, your tour is 100% non-refundable.
For Public Overnight Tours:
We accept payments by PayPal, cash, and money order and require the tour to be paid in full up front.
If you cancel your tour:

More than seven days prior to your tour departure, a full refund will be applied minus a $25 non-refundable administrative fee per passenger.

Within seven days prior to your tour departure, 50% of your tour value will be refunded.

Within 24 hours prior to your tour departure, your tour is 100% non-refundable.
For Private Tours:
We accept payments by PayPal, cash, and money order and require the tour to be paid in full up front.
If you cancel your tour:

Up to 10 days prior to your tour departure, a full refund will be applied minus a $25 non-refundable administrative fee.

Up to 3 days prior to departure, your tour will be refunded 50%

Within 3 days prior to your departure, your tour is 100% non-refundable.
In the extremely unlikely event that we have to cancel your tour, your money will be 100% refunded.
